Hi! I Keep Breaking Out With Small Bumps/pimples With Clear

Hi! I keep breaking out with small bumps/pimples with clear fluid on the right side of my face just out from my nose and down to my mouth. They are in the same area now for over two months. I googled Chinese face mapping and it said that area has something to do with your body processing sugar. Could this be a cause?
