Hi, I Keep Getting Areas On My Hands Where, Whin

Hi, I keep getting areas on my hands where, whin the skin is stretched (like when I reach for something), it feels like the skin is tearing. It lasts for a couple of months, and I lose sensation in that area. It becomes numb to touch. I have had this in several different areas on my hand and feet in the last couple of years.
