Hi, I Keep Having Reoccurring Vaginal Yeast Infections. My Dr

Hi, I keep having reoccurring vaginal yeast infections. My Dr has me trying a 3 day monistat to see if that will help. I use to get rid of it with yogurt but now I can't eat it bc it's messing with my system, I have to stay away from dairy products until I can see my Dr for my Pancreatitis. Any suggestions on what else I can try? And then how can I prevent them?
