Hi I Know This Is Probably Really Silly And I'm

Hi I know this is probably really silly and I'm over reacting but, I gave my boyfriend a hand job and he finished on my hand. I immediately washed my hand with soap and water like 5 times. But when I got home I had to pee and obviously wipe myself to clean myself. Is there a chance I could be pregnant? Like I said I'm probably over reacting but any help would be appreciated!
