Hi I Last Had A Period On The 20 August

Hi I last had a period on the 20 August for 6 days I was due on the 18th September but I'm 10 days late now as I havnt come on. I did a clear blue pregnancy test but it was negative and have had a previous etopic in the past and now getting pain on my left side what could be wrong thanks
