Hi I Last Had M Period 11months Ago. My Gyne

Hi I last had m period 11months ago. My gyne has put me on ovral 28 to regulate my cycle I am also try in to have a baby so his also put me on fertomid he said i must take it on day 2of my cycle. But what I want to know is that will I be able to fall pregnant coz ovral is a birth control. Please help I am very confused.
