Hi. I Lifted A Heavy Box And Have Had An

Hi. I lifted a heavy box and have had an issue in my shoulder for a while. i cannot move my arm in a position to grab a seat belt while driving or lift without pain. I can trace the pain to the nerve on the
outside of my arm and into my neck area. Any suggestions?
I can type and work on anything that does not involve reaching up or to the left, basically.
