Hi I Live In St. John's Newfoundland. In October I

Hi I live in St. John's Newfoundland. In October I had a little tingling in my knee and than a little while later i had some in my left arm. That was there for about a month or so. After that I got it in my right arm and it was more noticible and I notice it in my right knee from time to time. Before i noticed anything on the right side I had a panic attack and I have had a buzzing in my left ear for at least the last year and have had lightheadedness but haven't had any pain. What could this be?
