Hi, I Live With Shin Splints, Compartment Syndrome And Lower

Hi, I live with shin splints, compartment syndrome and lower back pain. I have recently been taken off of Norspan patch 20mg which was working very well with palexia 200mg. Now I am back to being in pain constantly and can't get back to see the specialist until late September. I don't know what to do from here, please help
