Hi I Lost Most Of My Vision In My Right

Hi I lost most of my vision in my right eye from high blood pressure. The retina specialist said my optic nerve had a stroke. I am not getting much help from my doctors so I would like to know what else can I do. Even if I can have a partial recovery that will help a lot.
