Hi I M 2 Months Pregnant Nd I Am21 Years

Hi I m 2 months pregnant nd i am21 years old , I had taken 1 tablet of mifepristone on 22nd may at 8 pm and on 23rd may 4 tablets of misoprostol orally at 10 am but I had periods on 23rd nd after after that very low bleeding nd now my bleeding has stopped
So plz suggest me what do I do
