Hi I M 4 Weeks 5day Pregnant.. My First B

Hi I m 4 weeks 5day pregnant.. My first b hug was done on 8th September which came 809. N 2nd b hug done on 10th sep. which came 1357. I conceived through ivf Frozen cycle. I am on lonopin 20mg. But now today on 13th I had Lower abdomen pain in morning and after some time bleeding started.. Heavy, bright red n some clumps also. I called my Dr. She asked to take tab. Pause for 3 days and inj.. Pause today.. Bow stopped lonopin inj... I m on complete bed rest now. My first scan is due on Monday 17th sep. What should I do. Plz help..
