Hi I M 40 Year Old And Today I Cme

Hi I m 40 year old and today I cme to knw that I m suffring frm arthritis. This is very unfortunate that in so early age I m suffering from this. I am feeling pain in my heals ankle & knees. Sir I m vry indipendent women I don't want to get on bed so early. Pls help me to cure this problem. Do u hve any ayurvedic medicine for this. Plz suggest and help me.
