Hi, I M A Vitiligo Patient For Last 20 Yrs

Hi, I m a vitiligo patient for last 20 yrs which has resulted full body white. Recently I had applied physiogel in combination with halox lotion as prescribed by a dermatologist for acute redness n itchiness on my face. I now see that scattered pigmentation of my skin color have developed all over my face which is looking too ugly and I do not want this to happen.so for depigmentation another doctor has prescribed melalite 15 cream.do you think will dipigmentation will happen with this cream or you suggest any other wayout.i m extremly worried..
