Hi.. I Ma 7 Weeks Pregnant. This Is My 1st

Hi.. I ma 7 weeks pregnant. This is my 1st pregnancy. At week 6, in the blood test, my HCG was only 229. I gave another blood test after 5 days and my HCG got only upto 560. I am doing blood tests again. I dont have any pain or bleeding. I also dont have any vomiting. I am scared. My doctor says there are chances of miscarriage or tube pregnancy. Need advice please...
