Hi, I Made An Hurethra Tampon Some Days Ago And

Hi, I made an hurethra tampon some days ago and the result was a Staphylococcus aureus positive. So far I didn't have any issues.
What I have to do now? I have start an antibiotic therapy or it's a normal body guest?
Can I transmit the bacterium to someone of my family?
I and my son suffered a skin impetigo last summer: could it something linked to this case?
