Hi I Male .23 Test Old In The Last Month

Hi I male .23 test old in the last month I injured in bike accident .in that accident my hand bone is broken and some injury in my face and hip bone . But after that I mfeeling some time my testicles changing there size some time they e normal but some time they are getting small now they both are to small . I am not feeling any pain in that it's that any problem plzzz help me...
