Hi, I May Have Been Taken Advantage Of And Exposed

Hi,
I may have been taken advantage of and exposed to HIV this past Friday. Could HIV symptoms start to show as early as Monday (three days later)?

I went to my doctor on Monday, was diagnosed with bacterial vaginitis, and was prescribed metronidazole. Soon after I took it, my mouth and tongue began burning and tingling.

I have weakness, tingling in lower legs/feet, severely stiff neck/ pain, muscle aches, white/yellow coated tongue, and a few swollen lymph nodes.
