Hi , I Might Have Been Exposed To HIV 50

Hi , I might have been exposed to HIV 50 days ago , I suddenly got a runny nose , sneezing with a cough at the end of the cold . 3 days later I got a rash covering my entire body from head to toe starting at the head .
I dont really feel sick and the cold was fairly mild ? The rash is everywhere though , It is mild and started at the face .

Is this likely to be a sypmtom of HIV infection?
