Hi ,I Missed A Bc Pill On The Fourth Week

Hi ,I missed a bc pill on the fourth week on a Monday .I had intercourse Tuesday and ejaculated in me . Was suppose to start Wednesday ,that didn't happen .I spotted all day Friday & that was it . Could I be pregnate ?I am having on and off jabbing aches on my lower back and bloated .
