Hi I Missed A Period 2 Months Ago And Then

Hi I missed a period 2 months ago and then 3 weeks later had a light period . Was going on holiday and period due so decided to take the period delay pill. I stopped taking it Tuesday and on thursdAy evening period came not to heavy very light. Then yesterday I experienced really bad bad for three hours I've only eve experienced that in labour, I bleed reAlly heavy and then out of my vagina came this 2 to three cm long thick lump of flesh I'm wondering if it could of been a miss carnage .
