Should I Be Concerned About Delayed Period After Discontinuing Sysron-N?

Hi, I missed my period and done pregnancy test and it s negative. So consulted gynecologist and she suggested sysron n medicines. 2 in morning and 2 in night for 3 days. Ite been 5 days I stopped sysron but didn t get periods. Though my doctor asked me to visit her next on my second day of period, it s bothering me. Please clarify and it will be really helpful.
