I missed my period last month. And it came now. Except the flow is heavy and there's lots of clots. I now have cramping which I usually don't. Typically, my period has been regular since I was 13. I am 26 now. Light flow. 3-4 days with only 1.5 days of heavy flow. It's been heavy throughout now and this is the end of the third day. I haven't been sexually active in 6 years. What should I do? I can't afford to see a doctor right now.
