Hi, I Moved Into A New Apartment And I Believe

Hi, I moved into a new apartment and I believe either a cleaner I used or something in the carpet has caused me to itch on the back of my neck. then it blistered and now I have scabs and the wounds are not healing. Well not completely. Round sores red around edges. any idea? Been going on for over a month. Started with 2, then 5, now 3 left.
