Hi! I my boss experience chest pain, numbness of the elbows and pains in the should and back, his BP shoot up upto 210/12. blood test shows atropin at 0.04. Is this an indication of heart attack and how severe it is? Currently he is taking aspirin, bisoprolol, clopidogrel, and isosorbide mononitrate. Whats the best thing to do?
