Hi I My Nose Bone Is Increased As Per Doctor.dr

Hi I my nose bone is increased as per doctor.dr suggested me to surgery.but I am worried because it has no guarantee or surity it would not grow in future. I have also regular sinezzing problem.whole day I having jhukaam...while jhukaam water coming from mouth...whole body is affected from it.pls suggest what should I do because I don't want to do any surgery.
