Hi I Need Help With My Mother As She Is

I need help with my mother as she is very abusive some times she will not work she will be abusive to my father my brothers . She shouts in home like anything which creates lot of problem to the entire family . Its been like around 10-15 yrs i thought she would understand by time but she doesnt listen to any one and starts abusing to everyone . One moment she will be good but the other moment she will start abusing and sometime alone also she will start abusing . Should i look for mental hospital to get this treated . As we tried her taking to doctor & psycatrist but she isnt ready to visit or take any medicine also . What to do ? Every one is getting disturbed because of her . Can someone help me ?
