Hi, I Need Your Help. I Saw A Faint Line

Hi, I need your help. I saw a faint line and a thick line on my urine pregnancy test, I went and did a blood test and the result was a weak positive. My Lady comp Baby says I ovulated the 4th of October so the day I did both test I was 2 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My question is ,could I consider my self pregnant or not. I think the results are not clear at all. Thank you!
