Hi, I Noticed I Had A Small Bump Right Beside

Hi, I noticed I had a small bump right beside my anus. I just noticed it about 2 days ago, and it's about the size of a pea. It doesn't hurt at all. I feel a little discomfort when wiping but that is all. It's the same color as my skin and sort of feels like a knot. Can you help me of what this might be? Do I need to see a doctor?
