Hi I Noticed A Lump On The Right Aide Above

Hi I noticed a lump on the right aide above my Adam's apple and has become more prominent since 2/3 weeks ago i don't think its a lymphnode but im it sure. Its slightly sore to touch and I have a sore throat which is coming from the same area. Should I go to my GP asap or what should be done? Thankyou
