Hi, I Noticed A Small Tear In My Foreskin At

Hi, I noticed a small tear in my foreskin at the base of the head a couple of days ago. it's pretty uncomfortable and hurts everytime it brushes up against my pants. I looked around my house for some neosporin and found bengay and applied it like an idiot. Now its two days later and the cut/tear has green/white spots on it and I'm pretty sure is discharging, I'm bandaging it and cleaning it regularly, but what else can I do?
