Hi I Noticed Earlier Today My Face Is Really Red.

Hi I noticed earlier today my face is really red. I noticed this about 6 hours ago and it is still red. And I noticed that I am breathing a little heavier today. I did get a cortisone shot yesterday. Could it be from that? I have had cortisone shots before and did not get this before. Someone told me maybe high blood pressure, but I never had that before.
