Hi, I Noticed My Tailbone Was In A Lot Of

Hi, I noticed my tailbone was in a lot of pain with no known cause. I looked it up and thought maybe it was a cyst and went to see a doctor and she said it was just a bruise. It's been a week since and the pain is getting much stronger, I can barely sit or lie down. Now there is a bump on my left butt cheek right next to the tailbone. Is this still a bruise?
