Hi. I Noticed Red, Itchy, Fluid Filled Bumps On My

Hi. I noticed red, itchy, fluid filled bumps on my torso 4 days ago. The itching has not subsided and the bumps are spreading slowly to my arms and buttocks. I have a headache and my legs break out in chills/goosebumps. I saw dr. today. She ruled many things out but could not pin point the cause. She also told me I have a low grade temp.
Any thoughts?
