Hi I Noticed That I Have A Face Asymmetry On

Hi I noticed that I have a face asymmetry on my left side (your right if you were looking at me) but when I look in a mirror my face looks symmetrical, after all these years I was betrayed looking handsome in the mirror then a freak in reality so I was wondering what kind of treatment should I get.
