Hi I Noticed That My Hands Normally My Left Hand

Hi I noticed that my hands normally my left hand has been feeling numb quite a bit the last few weeks,normally in the mornings I find.What could be the course of this? My mother has had this problem in the past too. About 3years I had a long messy divorce and lost everything because of it including my house and my 3 kids so I've struggled to move on from it all and felt depressed and down quite a lot side this all happens.Would all this have anything to do with it?
