Hi, I Occasionally Get A Numb Yet Painful Sensation That

Hi, I occasionally get a numb yet painful sensation that radiates through my limbs, usually just a in one leg or arm at a time, but sometimes it gets really painful. Is it a circulation thing, maybe, or just the body being weird? I'm a sixteen year old female who's in otherwise good health.
