Hi, I Passed What Could Be A Cyst, But Possibly

Hi, I passed what could be a cyst, but possibly an early miscarriage. I have pictures of it in the toilet, after urinating. I have had diarrhea and constipation off and on for the past two weeks, as well. Would you be able to look at the pictures and tell me what you think it is?
