Hi. I Previosly Got Into A Bad Vehicle Accident Where

Hi. I previosly got into a bad vehicle accident where my car was tboned and the car hit the curb/rolled. Now when I've gone into my dr because of extreme pain they won't give me any pain mess due to me being on suboxen a while back. Is there anything I can do or have I been flagged? I've never done hard drugs, just needed the subs previously so I wasn't sick getting off of hydrocodine.
