Hi, I Ran Out Of Losartan And Amlodipine. I Can't

Hi, I ran out of losartan and amlodipine. I can't get my refills until Monday. I forgot to call my refills in. By the time I get my refills, it will be 2 and a half days since I had my last pills. Will I be ok? I misunderstood, I didn't know that I had to pay. I don't have credit or bank cards. Thanks anyway.
