Hi, I Received A Burn/scrape On My Left Hip From

Hi, I received a burn/scrape on my left hip from baseball. I have had the scar for about 3 months now, and about a week or 2 ago a red bump appeared on the scar. At first I thought it was just a spider or bug bite, but the bump has gotten itchier than it was to begin with. I was just wondering if there was a giagnosis for this or am I overreacting?
