Is It Safe To Smoke Weed Once While Recovering From A Peritonsillar Abscess If I M Taking Antibiotics And Keeping The Area Clean?

Hi I received an aspiration on my peritonsillar abscess yesterday and was givin a strong antibiotic in an IV and then I was givin oral antibiotic amoxicillin to take for the next week.I smoke weed and I’m aware it’s best not to smoke while recovering.I’m wondering if smoking a little will be a major concern, will one time hurt or cause major complications is it just a precaution ,or can I enjoy a smoke without having to really worry as long as I keep area clean and take antibiotics amoxicillin correctly.
