Hi, I Received My Depo Shot In September 2015 But

Hi, I received my depo shot in September 2015 but didn't go back for my second shot in December 2015. I then had a period in January on the 16th that lasted five days. After my period I had a school glue like discharge then it became egg white. Does this mean my body might be back to normal?
