Hi, I Recently Applied Gel Nails And I Was Wearing

Hi, I recently applied gel nails and I was wearing them for a few months and recently my fingers on my right hand became swollen and the pain was so intense that it crept up my arm. I am mediately took them off. My hand and arm do g feel 100%, I'm feeling a bit of tightness in my hand and slight discomfort in my arm. I was wondering if I should see a doctor to rule out infection?
