Hi! I Recently Came Back From A Trip To Peru.

Hi! I recently came back from a trip to Peru. I've had an upset stomach each morning - cramps and soft stools, and this morning had dry heaves. I have been previously diagnosed with IBS but have not had a flare up in a long time. This evening I have a bit of a fever. I'm not sure if its from a change in food (I didn't get sick at all beyond soft stool during the first 2 days of a 2.5 week trip) or if I have a bug. Any comments or advice you have would be appreciated. Thanks!
