Hi, I Recently Did 3 Home Pregnancy Tests, They All

Hi, I recently did 3 home pregnancy tests, they all came back positive.. The day I was going to the dr I started to bleed, the bleeding lasted for 5 days and was resonably heavy... My hcg level was at 99 then, it's almost been 14 days since that and I still feel like I did before, could I still be pregnant?
