Hi I Recently Discovered A Big Lump 40 Mm Size.

I recently discovered a big lump 40 mm size. I had an ultra sound done and was told it was a haematoma or bleeding in the armpit. I explained to the doctor that I saw that lump a few days after I overwork my right arm in gardening . My doctor suggested to drain out the fluid ( blood ) . I wasn't impressed with this.
Would you kindly advise me what specialist I need to consult.
