Hi I Recently Feel And Cut My Arm And Used

Hi I recently feel and cut my arm and used dettol to clean the wound. I then poured a bit straight from the bottle on a plaster and wore it over night I woke with a really big rectangular red patch in the skin and is sore to touch I think it has been chemically burnt. It's 3days on and it's still there what do I do now?
