Hi, I Recently Fell Against A Table Bench Abd I

Hi, I recently fell against a table bench abd I hit my left hip . I had a big bruise and very sore for a couple weeks, bruise is gone, slight pain once in a while but that section on my buttocks is caved in now. The other side doesn't look like that. Is that a break in hip or something else? I have been able to move and walk with no problem.
