Hi, I Recently Found A Pimple Like Bump In My

Hi, I recently found a pimple like bump in my inner left but check. It isn't close to my anus but it does hurt, and bled when I messed with it. I haven't been active around that area so I wouldn't then its an std but I've never had this before either so it scares me. Can someone explain what it is?
